Going on seven year now we've been providing a very unique style of staffing for our clients. We understand how important it is to provide the best quality candidates for every open position we fill. We are so thankful for our great clients and all the great candidates we've placed. It’s exciting to see that we've staffed over 300 candidates in the last 6 years and a majority of them are still working with our clients today. We have serviced clients in Nashville Tennessee, Memphis Tennessee, Lewisburg Tennessee, Birmingham Alabama, Louisville Kentucky, Indianapolis Indiana, and work with clients that have offices all over the southeast. In August, 2006, we opened an office in Memphis, TN. That location will provide the same professional staffing services we provide in our corporate office in Nashville. As we continue to grow in 2008, we are committed to providing excellent services to our customers and candidates by delivering top quality candidates at a reasonable cost. We commit to finding the best people for every position or we won't fill it.
The reason we stay focused on making direct placements is because the candidates are more committed. When a candidate is interviewing with our client for a permanent position, they know the job is real and they stop looking elsewhere. Clients want to reduce turnover and improve results in their business. We’ve seen our clients hire temps and lose those candidates during the process to other positions. When the temps quit, it creates bigger issues. Our clients rely on us to give them good advice when needing to hire someone. We get to know our clients, the services they provide, their culture, and the way they do business so we can effectively staff their positions with the best fit. Our clients know we take every position personally and do the best job possible every time. That makes us different. With our in-depth recruiting experience, we understand what it takes to find top quality candidates and get them to our clients. It is my goal to build loyalty with our clients so they will call us every time they come up empty-handed when seeking candidates.
For the last six years our clients have depended on us to fill positions in their business while they stayed focused on doing their jobs.
