Typically, these placements are made when a position needs to be filled due to growth
or as a replacement and the company is looking for a career minded person for the job.
Contract Staffing:
Our clients may choose the route of contract staffing when they have an maternity leave
vacancy, a seasonal project, or are short handed at but don't need to hire a full time
employee The candidate will remain on Towe & Associates payroll during the duration
of the contract.
Towe & Associates contracts are usually 30 assignments or longer.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our candidates performance for 90 days from their starting date. Should,
for any reason, the new hire leave our client company voluntarily or is terminated by your
company for cause, Towe & Associates, Inc. will replace the candidate for our client at no
additional cost in the most expedient way possible.
